THHN / THWN Building Wire
THHN, THWN and THWN-2 copper and aluminum building wire in reels, coils and cartons.
DetailsWire we buy
Five categories, eleven dedicated pages. Everything here is surplus electrical wire and cable — building wire, industrial cable, control and instrumentation, low voltage, and medium to high voltage.
Scope: wire and cable only. We do not buy transformers, switchgear, breakers, motor control centers, generators, bus plugs, chillers, machinery, vehicles or general scrap.

DetailsCommon conductor sizes run from #14 AWG through 1000 MCM. Anything in that range is worth listing, whether it is a full 1,000-foot reel or forty feet left on a spool.
| Size range | Typical constructions | Typical packaging |
|---|---|---|
| #14 – #10 | THHN/THWN, XHHW-2, MC and AC cable, control cable, low-voltage cable | 500 ft and 1,000 ft reels, 250 ft coils, boxes |
| #8 – #2 | Building wire, SER/SEU, tray cable, welding cable, pump cable | Reels, partial reels, coils |
| #1 – 4/0 | Feeder and service conductor, URD, type W portable cable | Wooden reels, partial reels, cut lengths |
| 250 – 1000 MCM | Service and feeder conductor, medium-voltage power cable | Large wooden reels, steel reels |
We review new surplus, unused, overstock, cancelled-project stock, partial reels, used and removed cable, and material that needs a closer look because it was stored outdoors. Packaging can be full reels, partial reels, wooden reels, spools, coils, cartons or loose tagged lengths.
No blanket acceptance. Every lot is different. Sending details and photos does not guarantee an offer, and we will tell you directly if the material is not a fit.
